By accessing or using Chess Games, Move by Move (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

The Service provides interactive chess lessons, historical game simulations, practice modes, and progress tracking for learners. Some features require a free account.

3. Accounts

You may create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or damage our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute our lesson content or code without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including lesson text, diagrams, images, code, and branding — is owned by Nexterra Group Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning only.

6. User-generated content

If we allow you to submit content (such as comments or notes), you retain ownership but grant us a license to use, display, and moderate that content on the Service. You must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes others’ rights.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Chess lessons are for educational purposes and do not guarantee improvement in play. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexterra Group Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
